Most safety tools ask you to do the one thing you cannot do in an emergency: pull out your phone, unlock it, find the app, and press a button. When your hands are full, when there is no time, when panic takes over, that button might as well not exist.
ORBII was built to remove that button entirely.
What ORBII is
ORBII is a personal safety app that responds to your voice. You set a distress word. When you say it, your phone quietly springs into action, alerting the people who can help, with your live location, before you have even reached for it.
No unlocking. No tapping. No searching. Just your voice, the one thing you always have.
How ORBII works, simply
- You speak. Say your distress word out loud.
- Your phone hears you, on the device. ORBII recognises the word using an on-device model. Your audio is never streamed to a server or stored in the cloud.
- Help is raised. Your trusted circle gets an instant alert with your live location, and 112 is one tap away.
Because the listening happens on your phone, ORBII keeps working even with no signal, in a basement, a parking lot, or a dead zone, and delivers your alert the moment a connection returns.
Why we built it for India specifically
Safety tools built elsewhere assume quiet streets, strong networks, and one language. India is louder, more crowded, often patchier on signal, and beautifully multilingual. So we tuned ORBII to hear a call for help through real noise, and to understand you in English and Hindi, in the word that comes to you naturally under stress.
We also made a firm choice about trust. ORBII does not sell your location, and your voice stays on your device. Safety should not cost you your privacy.
