In an emergency, do not email us
If you are in danger right now in India, call 112. It is the national emergency number and it reaches police, fire and ambulance. ORBII is built to support that call, never to replace it. This inbox is not monitored around the clock and must never be used to report an emergency in progress.
Support and general questions
Setup help, something not working, feature requests, or anything about your account. It helps enormously if you include your Android version, your phone model, and the app version from Profile › About. Voice SOS problems in particular are usually phone-specific, and the model tells us more than any description can.
Privacy and data requests
Use this for anything under India’s DPDP Act: a copy of your data, a correction, a question about how something is processed, or a complaint. Write from the email address on your ORBII account so we can identify you without asking for more personal data than we already hold.
To delete your account and everything in it, you can do it yourself from the app, or follow the steps on our account deletion page. You do not need our permission and we will not ask you to justify it.
Campus partnerships

We license student subscriptions to colleges and universities. To be direct about what that is and is not: the institution pays for licences, and it receives no dashboard, no location access, and no student data. We do not sell or share user data with campuses, and we will not build a product that lets an institution watch its students.

Happy to talk about on-device speech recognition, offline alerting, or building safety software in India. We will tell you which of our features are proven and which are still in field testing, and we would ask that coverage reflects that distinction.
Security disclosure

If you have found a vulnerability, please tell us before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. We will not threaten or pursue researchers who report in good faith. More about our practices is on the security page.
