When a woman reaches for ORBII, she does not have thirty seconds. She may not have a free hand. Every millisecond we shave and every tap we remove is the difference between help arriving and help arriving too late.
So we are obsessed with speed the way other companies are obsessed with growth. Hands-free. On-device. Instant. If something we build adds friction to the one moment that matters, it does not ship. Speed is not a feature here. It is the product.
We never fake safety.
On a safety app, a lie can get someone hurt. So we hold one rule above every growth target: we never claim what we cannot do.
No invented numbers. No fake responders. No "police notified" when they are not. No made-up safety scores for real neighbourhoods. If a feature is not real, it does not ship, no matter how good it would look in a demo. Honesty is not our marketing. It is our engineering.
Her trust is the whole company.
She hands us the two most sensitive things she owns: where she is, and her voice. We treat that as sacred, not as a data asset.
Her audio never leaves her phone. We never sell her location. We show her exactly who can see her, always. The day we quietly break that trust for money is the day ORBII deserves to disappear. We would rather grow slower than earn a single rupee we could not look her in the eye about.
"We" before ego.
Nobody here gets to be precious about their idea, their code, or their title. The woman on the other end does not care who was right in the meeting.
We put the mission over the individual, every time. We stay intellectually honest with each other, we kill our own bad ideas fast, and we care more about her being safe than about being seen. If you need credit more than you need her to be okay, this is the wrong place.
The people building it.
Jatin Kumar, Founder. Jatin did not just start ORBII, he built it. He turned the idea into a real, working product with his own hands: the app, the hands-free Voice SOS people can actually use today, all of it engineered into reality by him. He carries the mission, to make ORBII the trusted safety layer on every street in India, and refuses to fake anything on a tool people may one day depend on.
Vishnu, Co-founder. Vishnu is building the next generation of ORBII: the upcoming on-device voice model that will make it hear a call for help faster, in more languages, through more noise. He is focused on what ORBII becomes next.
