Delete your ORBII account
You can permanently delete your ORBII account and all associated data at any time. Here is how.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the ORBII app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete my account".
- Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you:
Please send it from your account email and include the subject "Delete my ORBII account". We process these requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile (name, email, phone number, and profile photo)
- Your trusted circle and emergency contacts
- Your SOS history and any incident recordings
- Any community posts and comments you created
- All other data associated with your account
This action cannot be undone.
Data retention
When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems. Certain records may be retained for a limited period only where required by law or to resolve a safety or security incident, and are permanently deleted once that period ends. Emergency incident recordings are retained for at most 90 days unless subject to a legal hold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
